I used the Perfect Fit-Birthday (B1417) stamp set, a 1.25 inches circle punch (EK Success) and foam tape for 2 of the circles.

I used 2 stamp sets from CTMH:

D1542 For a Friend.

I used foam tape for a bit of dimension and Copic markers, for some color and some more dimension.
