But I'm trying to squeeze in some more cards for another challenge at Heart2Heart CTMH Challenge Blog - Tool Time! Can you tell ideas come to me last minute? 

One of my favorite techniques is heat embossing! So, I always have my heat gun by my side...at least when I'm crafting!

My Mother Scrapbook Page

I want to take a picture with my mom...and I envision it on this scrapbook page that I made this week.
I know, I know...I don't even have the picture, yet...
I usually start with a picture, but I was inspired by the layout (on page 60) from CTMH's 2013 Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog, so I decided to go ahead and make it first.

After looking at it, and after checking out Heart 2 Heart CTMH Challenge Blog...I decided to enter it in the "Photo Inspiration" Challenge. They have a gorgeous photo as the inspiration.

I saw the challenge a while ago, and didn't think I would have time to play...it was a happy coincidence that some colors were so similar and I have flowers on my page...maybe I was subconsciously inspired... =)

Vacation Scrapbook Page

Hello,

This is a 6x6 scrapbook page I made recently. It will be part of my Project Life album, the one I decided to start this year. If you missed one of the pages I shared before, click HERE.

We took a short vacation last month. And my son is pictured, on the beach, making a sand castle.
I love seashells, butterflies and birds...so, when I saw a stamp set from Hero Arts on sale for 50% off, I just had to buy it! Good thing I did, because Hero Art's has a contest going on and I'm entering this page!!!
It's the "Stamp Your Story" contest and you can check it out HERE.

I used a patterned paper from MME, an old starfish sticker by Jenni Bowlin for Li'l Davis Designs, 3-D foam tape (to pop-up the nautilus) and some Green&Blue Epoxy Bubbles from CTMH. 

Stamps are by 7gypsies, CTMH (Trinity Alphabet), and Hero Arts Antique Engravings (of course!).

Brown ink is Memento Coffee Bean (Imagine Crafts) and ClearSnap's ColorBox Chestnut Pigment Ink.

Father's Day Card

Father's Day is just around the corner...

I made this for my husband...hopefully he won't read my blog... =)

I used the same stamp for the background, and the texture on the rosette and ribbons. The stamp set is called Distressed Backgrounds and is available HERE.

I bought the foam embellishment at Hobby Lobby a while ago...finally put it to use!

Can you guess how the tone-on-tone ribbons were made? I might have a tutorial for that...Would you like one?

Congrats Card

My niece had a graduation party this last Saturday. And this is the card I made her:

Creatures Tag Set

I just finished these simple tags...just in time to enter them at Creature Feature with H2H Challenge.

Supplies used: 0.5" and a 1.25" circle punch, Spellbinders die cuts, prima flowers, yellow glitter, ribbon, Liquid Glass, Copic markers, brown die ink and blue pigment ink pads.
Stamp sets used: D1544 Distressed Backgrounds, a stamp that comes in the Workshops On The Go® Later Sk8r and a small stamp set that came with my consultant kit called Critter Expressions (if you would like one, contact me to find out how to get one set for FREE!).

I used papers, the rocket embellishment and the stamp set from Workshops on the Go® Later Sk8r Scrapbooking Kit for my project. I had a different project in mind, but didn't have the time to make it...and since I'm behind on my scrapbooking, thought it would be nice to work on......my Project Life album! I finally decided to start one this year...

(O.K. I know my pics look really weird...my printer ran out of ink and I don't have a replacement yet. But I didn't want you staring at papers, so I didn't really adhere them down and will be replacing them later...sorry about that!)

I used my Slice to cut out the letters and the negative for "one" and I outlined some of the words with a marker. And don't forget to use the strips from the papers! The words are perfect as embellishments!
