Panel with snow is from CTMH Cricut cartridge. I used Copic markers for the deer and some glitter glue around the silhouette.

I used washi tapes (Tim Holtz, CTMH, The Paper Studio), CTMH stamps, die cuts from ScanNCut. It might be hard to see, but there are tone-on-tone stars on the circle...

Decorate to Celebrate DT Challenge #113: Tree Card

Hello, crafty friends!!!

It's time for Decorate to Celebrate! 

Although I've been making more 3-D cards than decoration per se...

But it's OK, 'cause you can link anything 3-D for a chance to win a prize from Rhonda! She makes the cutest mini-albums!!!

I used patterned papers from CTMH for my background and banners...I added some hand-drawn stitches on them and at the bottom.

Twisted Tree is from Creative Vision Stamps...I stamped it, colored with Copics, fussy cut it and adhered on card. Then, I stamped, colored, cut out the "leaves" and adhered them with foam tape.

{Sun} Sweets: Joy Candy Cane Card

You must be thinking...she is crazy...Christmas is over! Why do I see a seasonal card?
I must be crazy...but it is still freezing cold here, so...why not? =)

But it is for a few challenges, and I think the card would be fun for kids!
Plus, I used all my Seasonal stash last year...need to restock...

This card uses washi tapes for the background, topped with a stamped image adhered with foam tape.

Framed Snowman Card

The card was inspired by Sketch N Scrap Card Sketch #39:

I cut a chevron overlay using Artbooking Cricut cartridge and ended up with a bunch of negatives...so I adhered them on my turquoise background paper!

Washi Meets...Let it Snow!

I was listening to "Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!" with my kids the other day...and I made a couple of cards...this card is one of them:

A simple card using chevron washi tape, a die-cut border heat embossed in turquoise and a stamped sentiment (hostess stamp set-CTMH) adhered with foam tape.
I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! #103 for this card:

And the colors are from Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Candy Cane.

Silver Joy Card

A card for CASology Week 125: Silver...

I used silver embossing powder for the wreaths, stamped "joy", trimmed the panel, rounded the corners and adhered with 3-D foam tape on the card base.

Polaroid Frame Christmas Card

Another card for a bunch of challenges...can you tell I'm trying to squeeze as much as I can in a card? =)

I don't have glitter embossing powder, so I decided to make my own...I mixed some holographic purple glitter with clear embossing powder and heat embossed the bigger snowflakes with it. It gave them a subtle sparkle against the textured cardstock...
